Set-Up: Group of 8; 3 adjacent grids of 12x12 or larger
Organization: 3v1 in Grid 1. 2v1 in Grid 2. 1v0 in Grid 3.
Activity: After 3 passes in Grid 1 players look for penetrating pass to players in Grid 2. Once in Grid 2, 1 attacking player may join from Grid 1 to create overload and look to play target at end of Grid 3. Once players find the target, players shift and the game resets in opposite direction.

Set Piece - Goalkick Build-up
Pattern 1: Rotations of 6 and 8 in Midfield. 7 checks into midfield. Pass to 6. Direct penetrating ball to 9 or 2 going forward or 7 to keep possession.
Pattern 2: Play short to 4. Rotations of 6 and 8 in Midfield. 7 checks into midfield. Pass to 6. Direct penetrating ball to 9 or 2 going forward
If short not available, play into square formed by 2, 6, 7, 8, 9

Red team plays 3-2-2. Blue team plays 3-1-3.
Ball starts with appropriate goalkeeper to build from back. Restraining line = building out line

1) Players start on the edge of the box.
2) On the whistle they have 15 seconds to reach the end of the pitch.
3) Players will have 15 seconds passive rest (standing still) before the next 15 second run starts.
4) Players will postion on the edge of the box during the passive rest.
5) Once 15 seconds is up the coach will blow the whistle and steps 2-4 will be repeated.
6) 1 x 15 second run is classed as 1 rep and the players will perform 10 reps = 5 minute set.
7) 2 sets will be performed = 10 minutes in total

Y Passing Pattern
Set-up: Cones set in "Y" pattern 12 yards from start and 15 yards from center with 3 yard gate.
Organization: 4-6 players in each pattern with 2-3 balls. 3 minutes per activity.
Activity starts with check away from B. C must also create space away from cone.
Activity 1: A passes to B. B passes to C. C receives behind cone. C passes to D. Follow your pass
Activity 2: A passes to B. B sets A. A passes to C. C receives behind cone. C passes to C. Same rotation as Activity 1.
Activity 3: A passes to B. B sets A. A passes to C. C walls with B. C passes to D.
