Setup: 1 ball per player
Instructions:
1. Players peform each skill for 1 minute
- Toe Tap Explosion
- Foundations
- Push Pull (right & left)
- Sole Rips
- Brazilian Toe Taps
- Foundation, Foundation, Roll
- Foundation, Foundation, Half Turn

Organization:
1. 16x5yd channels
2. 8 yds distance from end cone to middle cone
3. Three lines of 3 players (depending on numbers)
4. Every player with a ball
Instructions:
1. Players dribble towards cone and perform following moves:
CHANGE OF DIRECTION
- Pull back (right & left)
- Outside Cut (right & left)
- Inside Cut
- Cruyff (right & left)
FORWARD MOVES
- Single Scissors (right & left)
- Stepover (right & left)
- Fake and Take (right & left)
- Fake Shot (right & left)
Coaching Points:
1. Accelerate (change of speed) to open space

Organization: (Run this at same time as Line Soccer)
1. 20x20yd grid
2. 2ps/1b (pinnies)
3. 12 arcs
Instructions:
1. One partner attacks first with the objective of trying to dribble through as many gates as possible.
2. If opponent wins ball they give it right back.
3. Play 90 seconds. 60 second rest. Switch to allow partner to attack.
4. Change partners.

Organization: (Run this at same time as Arcs)
1. 20x20yd grid with 3yd gates at one end
2. Two teams of 3 players (pinnies)
3. Gates width:3 yds
Instructions:
1. One team attacks first
2. Player dribbles towards defender and attempts to beat him with a move
3. If attacking player dribbles the ball (control) through gates they receive: 3 pt
4. If attacking player dribbles the ball (control) over the end line they receive: 1pt
5. If defending player wins the ball, they attempt to score by dribbling over the line
6. After 2 min, teams switch sides and roles
Coaching Points:
1. Dribble towards defender at speed
2. Perform move 2 steps before defender(timing)
3. Accelerate past defender into open space
4. Be creative while attempting to beat defender
5. Attempt moves previously worked on if possible

Setup: (Run this at same time as Arcs)
1. 20x30yd grid with mini or fullsize goals at each end
2. Two teams of players (pinnies)
Instructions:
1. One team attacks first
2. Defender passes to attacker and attacker can go to either goal.
3. After goal, the attacker who scored immediately sprints around field behind opposite goal. Defender follows and tries to catch.
3. After 2 min, teams switch sides and roles
Coaching Points:
1. First touch into spacee
2. Be creative while attempting to beat defender
3.Attempt moves previously worked on if possible

1. (3)35x25yd grid
2. Two teams of four/five players
Instructions:
1. Players play 4v4 or 5v5
2. One point for dribbling over the endline
3. Two Points for beating a player with a move
4. Five points for beating a player with a move and scoring in the same play
5. Players must celebrate after scoring a goal.
Coaching Points:
1. Dribble towards defender at speed
2. Accelerate into open space with control of the ball
