Warm Up Progression

Restriction:
If you drive over the halfway line and score, it's worth two points.
Perception: Awareness of where I am on the field (I want to be over half way to score). Where is the space to drive into.
Decision: Do I pass or drive into space?
Execution: Identifying the gap/space to drive into and then shooting.

Attacking - Blue
To score you must run with the ball or dribble into the 18 yard box before shooting.
Perception: Awareness of where I am on the field (I want to be in the 18 yard box to score). Where is the space to drive into.
Decision: Do I pass or drive into the 18 yard box?
Execution: Identifying the gap/space to drive into and then shooting.
Defenders
Focus on holding.
Score in the small corner goals.
Progression into Training Game: take away the restriction and evaluation whether the players are taking to learning into the game.
