Warm up:
A) SAQ Activation (previous page)- City style with 4 stations (no ball then rwb race)
B) Dynamic 4v2 transition rondo- if defender wins BP try and get it back to your players waiting by pole.

Tight BP breaking lines game
Rules/Explanation:
- Defenders score by rwb through gate or by scoring in mini goal (4v4 in this phase)- defenders rotate after 90 seconds.
- If team in BP transfers ball, receiving player must work himself to face forward and receive facing forward before rwb around pole and back into area before commencing next phase of build up.
CP- Receiving with open body
- when to work sharp switch and break lines after disorganising opposition, if opposition create overload on ball side
- Central player connecting from deep (entering central space to link lines)

Tight 4+2v4+2 CAGE SSG FC game.
goal off set with target player- 3 points
1st time finish- 2 points
Progression- target player can enter area if he receives to create overload
ii) Swap if you play target player- target player can enter area in high zone after receiving direct pass (CP- sharp and directional movement in box to receive cutback from end player
- Take 1st touch on angle towards goal/away from pressure
