Set Up:
The players in the middle stay there for 90 seconds, working constantly.
The Players in the middle follow the sequence to perform diagonal passes to be able to move the ball quickly and replicate losing their marker.
Change the direction of the passing during the second time players play in the middle. Change players every 90 seconds.

Set Up:
The play starts with the ball at the end and dribbles towards the mannequin to perform a skill and then move around the cone to pass.
The Players in the middle follow the sequence to perform diagonal passes to be able to move the ball quickly and replicate losing their marker. Players follow their pass and wait for the next ball to be played.
Change the direction of the passing after 2 minutes.

Set Up:
The play starts with the ball with one of the Target players. Play 2v2 in the middle with the objective of passing the ball to the other Target player for one goal. Once this is successful, the Target player needs to dribble past the mannequin before they can play back in the area.
Target players can also not be on the same side of the mannequin opposite each other, forcing them to move across the line.
Change the players in the middle after 4 minutes.
