Main (25 mins)
Organization:
- 2v1 to 3v2 Flying Changes
Instructions:
- 2 attackers (blue) start with ball vs 1 defender (red).
- Once blue scores or ball goes out, 2 red attackers join red defender to make it 3v2 in transition to attack.
- When red scores or ball goes out, 2 new blue players vs 1 new red player.
- 4-5 minutes, then switch; red 2v1 and blue 3v2

Conditioned Game (20 mins)
Organization:
- 5v4+GK with recovering 6(blue) and counter-pressing 6/8(red)
- As shown, in available space.
Instructions:
- Red 6/8 starts play; combine decisively to goal.- Blue 6 starts recovery run on Red's second pass.
- If blue wins possession, red 6 can join to counter press.
- Restart with red 6/8 after goal or ball out.
