Pre-practice & Start of every practice:
"Getting your touches"
Players are to perform these exercises on their own upon entering the field, 100 each of the following:
- Toe-touches
- Tic-tocs
- Sole-roles
50 each of the following: (2 or more, for more advanced players)"Rondos"
After completing their touches players grab a ball and other players and get Rhonda's going until practice starts.
- Square in images used for reference, players are encouraged to just keep it tight with no defined area in groups of 4-6.
- If groups of larger than 6 are necessary, players use 2 defenders until large enough to split the group.
"Activation Activity"This is the official start of practice, players line up in equal numbers at cones distanced 12-15 yards apart. Activation is broken into 3 separate tasks, for the sake of space each is shown with one example and identified above by number.

- Jog down & back, side shuffles, karaoke's, high knees & butt kicks, open & closed hips, high kicks, sprint & back pedal
