Attack Central
Instructions:
- Teams will work 4v4. The coach or team that is off will play the ball into the attacking team (red). Players will pass into the final third either playing out wide or a runner going central. Attacking team will combine to get a shot on goal. If the ball is played to the wide zone, one defender can step out to apply pressure. Teams will get 3 soccer balls to attack, then they rotate.
