Organization
20x20 or 25x25 split into 5-6 yards wide channels
transition box 5 yard in length
1 pug per channel
Players in teams of 2 or 3
Instructions
-In their teams of 3 the players will compete in the 1v1 tornament with 4 levels. The teams in channel 1 should be the teams with the best record of attacking and defending.
-Attacker will start with the ball taking a touch to start the game and go 1v1 with a defender from the opposite team.
-Attacker will get 1 point for the goal and the defender will get 1 point for a transition into the Box
-Each round will last 1 minute, after the round the teams will add up their points and the teams will be
moved up the levels or down based on their score.
-After 3 rounds swap attacker with defnders.
-At the end of the 6 rounds have the best two teams with the highest points face off with each other.
-Flip a coin with the two teams in the final and the winner will get to choose weather they would like to defend or attack.

Possition (9/10)
-For the progression have the first player start at the line receiving the pass with their back to target. teach the players the visual ques of the 9 or 10 and how to get into or create the spce to shoot from this possition.
-Defender can start their pressure as soon as the first player reaches the line.

Organization
-same teams of 3 from the previose activity
-20x15 fields with half way markers
-2 goals per field
Instructions
-Teams will play 3v3 one goal knockout, have multiple teams in rotation
-each team will have one player(#9) in the attacking half and two in the defensive half
-teams can score in the attacking using the 9 only,and from the defensive half but the 9 must touch it once and play it back
-Goals in the attacking half are worth 3 points and goals from the defensive halfs are worth 2 points
-Teams must keep track of their points after 4 rounds the top two teams will play each other.
