Method:
2 (20 x 20) grids. 4 Red v 4 yellow + 4 blue players on the outside. The team in possession must make 5 passes and then transfer to the end player in the opposite grid. Both teams plus 2 outside players (wingers) transfer to opposite grid and game continues. If yellows win possession they start their 5 pass combo with 3 blue players.
Coaching Points: Movement/options for the player in possession. First touch, awareness, body shape, good pass. Quick transfer after 5 passes. Transition at pace including wide players in support.
