ACTIVITY

Ball starts with GK who plays to CB

CB Plays ball to FB who drives forward into mid zone OR to CM and FB goes in to support and offer width. They have 6 seconds to dribble ball through one of the gates

IF reds win ball then they look to counter. Both FBs make recovery runs and CM on side ball was lost.

IF Blue player manages to drive through gate then Red FB drives in with ball to create counter attack

Blue CB's must move up in relation to play (cones) Opposite FB must go up to Mannequin
