Set up
4 boxes each with a defender in the box. Around the field are players on each line of each square.
Description:
4 balls that defenders are trying to get out of being a defender by elimiating all 4 balls and individual players. Red attacking players can pass the ball to any person but each player can only move on their line of the square. Players with backs to a different square can turn around at any time and help other groups. White team are looking to win a ball and counter attack to dribble into coned area. If they steal any red can enter the field to prevent them from scoring win the ball back and keep the game going. Game has a 2-3 minute time limit. Can red keep possession for the whole time? Can the white team get out of defense?

Set up:
7v7 red going to 3 goals and white going to the top goal.
Description:
White score on top goal Red score on the small goals. The coned area is just to show back 4 and midfield 3 the space to defend in a deep block sending the attack wide or back. Red must use Target 1 or Target 2 to score (any one can score but Target 1 or 2 or both need to be involved.)
Coaching Points:
Compact in defense - Dont allow players though the middle
Role of 1st, 2nd and 3rd defender
Full backs establish height and width on winning ball
AM - (1 and 2 involved in establish space and height once possession is won)

Set up:
4v4 scrimmage with 6 neutrals.
Description:
Regular scrimmage. Black team are neutrals. When in the defensive half of the attacking team they act as support and must stay in position. When in the attacking half they can go to goal if they have the ball. In transition they can quickly move anywhere and the team as a certain time limit to score. Once time limit expires players must return to positions.
Coaching Points:
