Alva - obstacle course
Split players in 2 teams.
Player 1 runs around the cones.
When they are done, they grab player 2s hand and they run back around the cones. If their hands disconnect they must start over.
First team with all their players to run the course holding hands wins

Alva - dribbling race
Both players dribble around the cones as fast as possible without skipping a cone.
If they miss a cone they need to go back to that cone and restart.
They stop the ball in the box and run back as fast as possible for the next player to run to the ball and dribble back.
Fastest team wins.

Alva - team shooting
First player in line, runs around the cone and receives a ball from their team mate.
Player A controls and shoots are quickly as possible.
First team to score X# of goals wins.
1- on the ground
2- have players bounce the ball (control and shoot)
3- have players free throw the ball (control and shoot)

Alva - number game
2 teams
Give each player in each team the same numbers. For example 1-5 (if each team has 5 players)
Coach will yell out a number or multiple numbers and players, each player with that number will come out to play and try to score on either opposition net.
First team to X amount of goals wins.

Alva - 1v1 - decision making with pressure
Coach passes the ball to player A.
The moment player A touches the ball, player B can defend.
Player A can score on either net.
1- Change angles of the passes.
2- Send balls in the air
Coach to head check so they see where the player B is coming from.
Coach to use the body to shield the ball

Scrimmage
3v3 or 4v4 depending on numbers
Be ready with lots of soccer balls
Play as much as possible and only stop if needed
Quick instructions and get them back to playing

Players line up and 1 at a time race to the tic tac toe grid.
Player places their pinnie down in one of the boxes and runs back to their teammates.
One they touch their teammates hand, they run back to do the same.
First team to make a line wins
