play starts with one of the outer team,
Play to commence team looking to pass between each and create an opportunity to brake the lines and make a pass through their team. Each successful pass through is 1 goal.
If intercepted play hands over and other team attempt same as above.
Possible Adaptions.
Add small goals in each end teams in middle can score after ball has been played from outside area for 2 goals
Central teams can be grided off in to quarters these become 2v2 and must play through each area before progressing to outer area.
