Coaching content (attacking Team Red):
- After moving the ball on one side, aim to switch it to the opposite side with high ball speed.
- The winger's position should be on the touchline to maximize the width of the field.
- After receiving the ball, the winger should engage the blue fullback to create space for the overlapping run of his fullback, the red fullback.

Coaching content (attacking Team Red):
- After moving the ball on one side, aim to switch it to the opposite side with high ball speed.
- To make it more realistic and improve timing, try to play the opening pass to the winger through the holding midfielder.
- The winger should pin the blue fullback, while the center forward should engage the near blue center-back.
- The run of the number 8 should be well-timed. No offside.

- The run of the number 8 should be well-timed. No offside. It’s better if he attacks the depth after the pass is played to the center forward. The center forward can also take two touches if needed not always playing this ball through with 1 touch is a good timing.

How it works:
- The progression is to replace the mannequins with 4 real defenders and a holding midfielder, applying the overload plays in an opposed scenario.
- The two outer zones (shaded areas) can only be entered by one fullback from the defending team (blue), the aim is to help the attacking team (red) to create the overloads.
- The three mini-goals, as shown in the image, allow the defending team to score if they gain possession.
Coaching content (attacking Team Red):
- Try to apply the practiced plays with real opposition.
- Providing the coaching content for each play as done during the unopposed part.

Formations:
- 9 reds (originally playing in a 4-3-3), 1 GK, 2 FB, 1 Holding midfielder, 2 no. 8, 2 wingers and one Center forward.
- 9 blues (originally playing in a 4-4-2 diamond), 1 GK, back 4, 1 holding midfielder, 2 no. 8’s and 1 OM.
- Working back from 11v11, no CB for red and no Strikers for blue.
Coaching content (Red coached team):
- Use concurrent coaching to call out the rehearsed plays. Hoping they find the solution.
- During block one, focus on the numerical advantage/overload on the sides, as only the full-back is allowed to defend in that zone.
- During breaks, address specific examples of situations that occurred in the previous block.
