Building out of the back 10 vs. 10 (or can do 9v10)
Formation: Blue: 1-3-5-1: GK - Back three - 5 midfielders - 1 forward; black - 4-3-3
Scoring: For blue to score a point they need to dribble through one of the wide gates. Every player except keeper needs to be in the midfield third for goal to stand. If black team wins the ball, they have to score within 8 seconds.
*If we cannot go forward, we look to get in behind on opposite side (Team Agreements).
Progression: Blue gets 2 points if they get in behind on opposite side from where they played out. (i.e. if keeper player to RB, but and blue team finds a way to get the ball to opposite midfieler to dribble through then that's a point.
Coaching Points: Attacking principles: Shape (Width & Depth), Support, mobility, timing of movment, What is the cue for back line to drop in position of support?
