Organization: Penalty area with goal & GK at one end & 3 cones for starting positions at opposite end.
Instructions:
Players stand at either cone A, B or C to begin. Player A dribbles upto the mannequin, performs a fake move before taking a shot first time on the opposite side goal. Player B performs the same but can choose to shoot either goals. Player C performs the same as Player A but shoots on the opposite side goal.
After their shot, players perform ball mastery moves on their way back to the line.
Rotation: A = B = C = A

Power or placement
Bigger touch past the moves to shoot first time
Progressions:
Players perform the same activity using their weak foot.

Organization: Same setup as previous screen but remove the red line in the middle.
Instructions: Players play 5v5 with a goalkeeper. First team to score stays. Losing team out.
Team that scored starts with the ball every time and do not have to wait for the incoming team to setup.

Progressions:
P: Shoot from your own half 2 Pts. Everything else 1 Pt. Play to 3 Pts.

Organization: 18x25 Yards. Pitch Divided in Half by a Red Line. 4 Reds and 4 Blues. 2 Ball Per team. Rotate teams every 3 minutes. One Team Resting
Instructions:
Play a round of 3 minutes. There should only be 4 balls on the field. Team trying to score as many goal as they can in 3 minutes. Players are allowed to block shots only in their own half with any part of their body except hands.

Looking for opportunities to finish
Combining with teammates to finish on goal
Taking shots early
Using both feet to shoot
Progressions:
Desginate one player who can stop the ball with their hands but not playing as a goalkeeper. If they block the shot, they can still shoot when opportunity presents itself.

Warm Up
Organization: 4x4 Yard Square. Changes depending on ability of the players. Players in each of the side outside the squares with one ball per team.
Objective of this warm up is to make sure players are not stretching for the ball or being off balanced while playing the ball back to their teammate.
Instructions:
Players play one touch passing on the ground with the ball being passed outside the squares. Player taking more than one touch receives a point and players with a bad pass(aerial ball, bouncy ball) receives a point. Play for 2 minutes and winner is the player with the lowest amount of point.
Encourage using both feet.

Emphasis on passing technique
Getting in line with the ball
Body shape to receive and play the ball
Progressions:
P1: Players play 2 touch this time. However their first touch has to be out in front of them but not going inside the box.
P2: One Touch if passing straight ahead towards opposing teammate and Two Touch if playing either left or right side.
