Group 2
Shielding the ball out of bounds
Players will get in groups of 2
Player A will start with the ball, they will pass the ball in between Player B's feet
Player A will run to pressure Player B
Player B will shield the ball out of bounds by using his body and not allowing Player A to get around him.
(Communicate with Player B on body posture and positioning when shielding ball, make sure they lower their center of gravity.) 3 times then switch

Group 3
Dribbling with pressure
Player A will be dribbling and protecting the ball from Player B
Player B will pressure him and try to get him away from the cone
Once they get to the cone they will turn and Player A will use his other foot to dribble
Coaches will call for the switch whenever its needed.
Have players dribbling, dribble straight and use their arm, leg and shoulder to protect the ball.

Pressuring, Anticipating and Intercepting Pass (20 mins)
Group 1
Player A will start with the ball, he will then look to pass the ball into either Player B,C,D feet
As Player A is making the pass, Player E (Player E stands behind Player C) is looking to see where he is going to make the pass. (Communicate with Player E to look at the passers feet and not body positioning.)
As Player A starts following through for his pass, have Player E cheat and anticipate to press the player from behind who is receiving the ball. (Make sure Player E is in a defensive stance when pressuring.)
The players receiving the ball will trap it then play it back to Player A, Player E will run back looking at the ball and ready for the next pass.
Rotation Player A goes to Player B, B goes to C, C goes to E, E goes to A (4 times then rotate)
When task is understood have whoever is in Player E to intercept the pass from Player A
