Duration:15-20mins Zones: 3&4 Equipment:(3 bibs) (10 balls) (1 full size goal 1 mini goal) (5-10 cones)
Players: 15 players 1 GK Principles of play: Mobility, Penetration, Dispersal
Objective: To create a goal scoring opportunity from wide areas by providing quality crosses into the box
Set up: load 4-5 players behind players A B C have 2-3 players as defenders. A plays to B then overlaps B, B plays to C then overlaps C, C plays a penetrating pass to A, A then delivers a cross into the box creating a 3v1. All players return back to there line after a few rotations all players rotate lines.
Progression: Add 2nd then 3rd defender
Regression: remove 1st defender until success
