- Defensive team sends 2 players into grid with a ball, other 3 players stay in the buffer zone and try to intercept ball.
- Blue team must make a mininum of 5 passes then must try to pass to opposite site.
- If ball goes through yellow team must make a minimum of 5 passes then try to pass to opposite site.
- Defensive team must send 2 players to try to retrieve the ball.
- If a team kicks the ball out or gets it stolen, the team who loses possession becomes defenders and defenders switch out of defense.
- Coach is outside of the grid and will send in a ball everytime it goes out of bounce.
