Triangle Game.
SET UP: 20 X 30 GRID 5 V 5. TRIANGLE CENTRAL AREA WITH POLES. FOUR GATES ON THE PERIMETER.
OBJECTIVE
Blues have to pass through the triangle area and keep possession to score a point. Whites have to defend the triangle. If whites win the ball they must dribble & drive through the red gates to score. Only one white can defend the triangle area. If whites successfully enter the gate they surrender possession to blues to restart.
PROGRESSION: Blues play two touch.
PROGRESSION: Whites score double if they intercept the ball in the triangle & pass directly through a red gate.
PROGRESSION:Whites score treble if the pass through a gate includes a "set".
PROGRESSION: Blues score double if the pass through the triangle includes a "set".
PROGRESSION: Blues score treble if they dribble through the triangle and keep possession.
PROGRESSION: Time restriction.
PROGRESSION: Rotate teams.
