Learning Activity: Modified Game
Activity Objective: Enhance the opponents' ability to regain possession of the ball as urgently as possible by executing synchronized high pressing in order to create a problem for the focus team to advance and break the line going forward. If the focus team, is able to advance to attack, Commands will be provided to secondary players from opponents red team (#6, #2, #4, #5, #3) to stay compact and keep it compact).

Duration: 5-minutes /4 Rounds/45-second recovery
Constraints: Focus Team: #5, #4, #6 VS Opponent: #10,#9 in 3v2 Grid of 25 yards x 30 yards. Open play after the focus team completes 2 passes.
Method of scoring: Focus team: #5,#4,#6 can advance after completing 2 passes in the 3v2 grid. If the opponent regains possession of the ball, they can score on any mini goal placed in the Mid1/3.
Coaching/Interactions: Commanding Opponent #9,#10(red team) to High press. Utilize the trigger command "Hunt the ball". If focus team is able to break the first defensive line (#9,#10) Commands will be provided to main train the second defensive line to stay compact, and keep it compact.

Activity Objective: Maximize the momentum of the play by having #5, #4, and #6 attract the opponent's first defensive line by creating diagonal passing lanes in order to break the line to advance to the attacking 1/3.

Constraints: If the ball goes out Focus Team; #5, #4, #6, #10, #7, #9, #11 initiates the play. If Opponent Red Team wins the ball, they can score in any Mini goal placed in the Mid 1/3
Method of scoring: Focus team: #5,#4, and #6 can advance to attack and break the first defensive line after completing 2 passes in the 3v2 grid. If opponents #9, and #10 regain possession of the ball, they can score on any mini goal placed in the Mid1/3.
Coaching/Interactions:
Support the players by asking guided questions.
Can we play wide? Can we identify a passing pocket in between the defensive lines?
Can we create a diagonal passing angle in order to break the line and advance?
Elevate the level of execution by commanding players to apply the proper weight of the pass to maximize the momentum of the play when in possession.
Clean sharp passes.
Learning interactions: Coaching on the flow facilitate players on the flow to think about the width and offer dynamic mobility off the ball.
