-Different locomotions - skipping, running, side-stepping, back-pedalling
-Strength/Balance challenges - hops, one-leg balances, one foot/two foot jumps, scrambles

-Different ball mastery techniques - inside/outside touches, ball boxing, sole rolls, toe taps, V pull-pushes
-Different moves - inside/outside cuts, side steps, scissors, u-turn, step on, pull-push

-Close ball control, lots of touches, head up to be aware of space/players/cones, quick accelerations after move

Organisation:
-15-17 players
-full gymnasium with 5x5 area in centre
-Split the group into 4 teams with 2 ball between each team. The play begins with the ball with one of the players on the inside. The players have to dribble through the centre area then find a team mate on the outside of the area to play a pass to. Those players switch places and the sequence continues.
Progression(s):
-outside players can rotate around the outside (not both on the same side though)
-play wall pass with outside player
Coaching Points:
-Awareness, Scan around to see where the pass needs to go, Body position to receive – be on the half turn, Positive control/first touch, Accuracy/weight of pass, Decision-making, Communication with team mates

Organisation:

-Split the group into 4 teams set-up opposite each other on the outside of the area. Play start with a player from one pair passing across to their opposition and teams play 2v2. Players score by knocking a ball of the cone with the ball. Rotate the opposition so all teams face each other.
Progression(s):
-add different points for different knock-offs
Coaching Points:
-when to pass/when to dribble, angle/distance of support, weight/accuracy of pass, simple combinations, communication, decision-making, accurate finishing
