4v4 Games - 30 x 20
Rules - Dribble in or pass in. No goalkeeper or offside. 1 game with restricted touches, 1 game dribbling over end line to score, 2 games no restrictions.
Aim - High intensity part of the session. Fitness component, 4 minute games 60 second rest. 4 games. Encourage creativity.

Phase of play, building and sustaining. End Zone Half way - 5 yards into opposing half.
Organization - Set up building from the gk, throw in and dealing with a long ball coming in and play (transitional phase) 4-3-3 (single pivot) and/or 3-4-3.
Rules - When ball goes out of play, ball resets from any of the 3 places the coach has instructed.
Aim - Improve understanding of movements between the 5 vertical lines, introducing the in and out philosophy in build up play, build centrally in zone 1 with the aim to hit the wingers (who will start unopposed then we will introduce pressure). Focus is movement of midfield 3.
