Blue team are attacking the goal. One of the attackers passes the ball to the red players who fires it back to the attackers. The attackers then have to get by the defenders in their designated box. Once beyond the designated box they can use the full size of the penalty box.

Once one side goes the other side automatically goes.

Introduce the defenders pushing up to half way after a couple of goes to encourage defenders to defend high up the park.

Change defenders and attackers.

6 attackers v 4 defenders.

Can the defenders keep a solid back line and not get dragged about with being occupied with wide men.

Can the attackers drag the defence about with extra players and overloads

Shooting (20 mins)

Shooting from an angle.

Player 1 plays short pass into player 2 who plays it back to player 1 who then passes to player 3. Player 2 after laying ball back to player 1 makes a run round player 1 and receives a lay off from player 3 and shoots. Ensure player 3 follows in shot incase keeper parries ball into penalty box.

Change angle by making the same passes but player 2 spins off his marker to receive an inside pass from player 3. Again, ensure player 3 follows in the shot
