4v4 Game. Two teams on, one team off/resting (20 mins).
Feild set up:
24 steps wide.
36 steps long.
3 different colour teams, split according to video.
Three minute games.
1) Balls will always start from the goal. (when the ball goes out)
2) To score a goal, the play must strike the ball first time.
3) A goal may also be scored by completing a number of set passes (4-6).

1) Balls will always start from the goal (when the ball goes out).
2) When a team scores, the player who scored the goal (yellow in video) must run around the goal before returning to play.
3) As the yellow player runs around the goal, the blue team must quickly get a ball from their goal and try and score down the other end.
This promotes attacking Overload situations.
