Organization:
width 18 or width of center circle x 20 yards. GK to play one team he sprints to shoot on opposite GK. After shot, defending keeper to play his player while original shooter now becomes defender. it goes from 1v0, to 2v1, to 3v2, 4v3, 5v4, 5v5.Both sides alternate as each player sprints and runs with ball into open space. It should be Sprint - Shoot - Defend
Key Factors:
Run with ball quickly into space. Knowing when to attack/counter and exploit space with runs, Looking to take advantage of numerical superiority. Run into space quickly
Defenders, cut off line first, then go for ball, Deny, Delay, Retain exploit space
Progression:
1v0, to 2v1, to 3v2, 4v3, 5v4, 5v5
Change width of field to make it more difficult

Organization:
30x30 yard grid. Big area with 10 yard end zones on each side. Play starts from GK plays CBs. CB to get the ball into end zone for ST to make a run into Attacking zone to create space and receive ball. Quick touch to control, quick shot, or combination for a quick goal. Opposite team to do the same when in possession.
Key Factors:
Players in other zones need to know what is happening in the other areas.
players must position themselves in space to receive and play forward to next zone. attacker must create space in ATT zone to receive and shoot. Players need to create 3rd man opportunities into space.
Progression:
Limit touches
Add defender into space.

Organization/Area Size
Area size is two 18 yard boxes with half way line in middle. Two players in white on the outside are at the half line of the exercise for the Transitional aspect of the exercise.
Load: 5X4 minutes with 1.5 minute rest in between. WRR 4:1.5
Key Factors:
Coach will focus on the team with numerical superiority. 3 players in black begin by attacking against 2 players in white by receiving the ball initially fed by the GK. If the team in Red recover possession the two players on the outside in white at the half way line step into the field to make it a transitional 4v3 moment against the team in green. If the green team score a goal or finish with a shot on goal a ball is quickly served to the GK or on-field player in red to create the same 4v3 transitional overload for the white team. New players step in after each cycle of 3v2/4v3.
Challenges, Conditions and Targets:
Encourage creativity. Be brave when you have the numerical advantage and through movement and positions how can you exploit that advantage.
Progression - Add in a recovering defender for the team in green who counts down from 5 seconds before joining the play
Key Points:
In Possession:
Find the free player/Exploit numerical advantage/Create width and depth to the attack/Fast passes forward with movements to create the desired overloads/Weight and accuracy of the final pass in regards to timing and weight to ensure opportunities to finish
Out of Possession:
Press quickly/Protect the central areas/Leave the furthest player
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Key Factors: Quick combinations to move the ball fast. Keep ball moving smoothly before moving quickly. Players off the ball need to get into space quickly. Be creative with runs into space.
Tactics:
1) DEF receive ball, looking to play forward and break lines of DEF
2) MF player to show central, looking to receive 1/2 turn, in pocket, looking to play forward. OR creating space for ST to receive
3) When pass is played to MF player, or to ST, opposite DEF looking for overlapping run into Zone 3/4.
4) Original DEF to stay in Central Channel, zone 2
