This drill be split into three sections. In each section, there will be a two vs two with end players each side. These players on the outside will help to create an overload so that play can go from end to end easier. The team with the ball in each section has to get the ball from end to end. if they do this, they will get a point. The defending team will be trying to win the ball back with less players. The players on the outside will not be allowed to play a long ball to the opposite end player. If the team in possession are struggling to receive the ball from the outside people, the players will have to stand behind the cones until that pass is made. After a while, the teams on the outside will go inside and one of the inside teams will become the end players.

This drill will create more three vs two scenarios which are around the 18yard box. Each team will have a goalkeeper however if there is only one keeper, the defensive team would have this and there would be mini goals in the position of the wide players resembling a counter attack. This drill will have the red team starting with the ball and three of these players will come out from behind the line. During this time, two blue players will also come out from beside the goal. This game will be a three vs two with a goalkeeper but if the tempo is low, another player from both teams can be involved. The red team will have to exploit the overload and try to score a goal. The blue team will have to try to win the ball back and when they do they can score in the other goal.

Warm up
This will be a standard rondo where the player in the middle has to win the ball back from the players on the outside. Players will only be allowed to take two touches. Once the player in the middle wins the ball back or an outside player performs a poor pass/touch, the middle player will go to the outside and switch with the player that lost the ball. If the player in the middle is struggling to win the ball back, the players will only be able to take one touch and they will be closer together so there is less space.
