Technical Unopposed:
Player A fakes to one side then makes a run to the far cone. Once Player A makes their run, player C picks a gate to stand in. Player B plays the ball to Player A and Player A then finds Player C.
Rotation:
A goes to B, B goes to C, C goes to A.
Coaching Points:
- Check shoulders
- Body shape
- Receive on the back foot.
- Head up quickly

Technical Unopposed:

Player B plays the ball to Player A and now Player D will choose either pressure A or mark C. If Player D marks Player C then Player A simply dirbbles through the end. If Player D pressures player A, the choice would be to pass to Player C.

Dynamic Warm up:
- Two step shuffle.
- Backwards two step shuffle.
- Sprint to first cone, back pedal, sprint to the end.
- Looking at coach, shuffle and once coach raises arm, sprint to the end.
- Looking at coach, shuffle in the same direction as arm up, sprint to the end on the clap.
