What: issues with our defensive shape when we lose the ball trying to build from the back
Where: Defensive half of the ground
Who: back 3, midfield 4
When: When we give the ball away
Why: Press from opponent breaks our build up
Main Moment: BP>BPO
Key principle: Immediate transition to defensive positions, make the field as small as possible. Press the ball carrier immediately. Limit passing options.
Session Objective: Today we aim to improve our transition from BP>BPO in our defensive half of the ground
