DESCRIPTION:
Control and turn.
AIMS:
Improve players' vision, decision speed, and controling skills.
BEHAVIOURS:
4 players with 2 balls outside the box.
1 player inside the box try to receive ball and turn around, pass the ball to outside players without ball.
Then try to receive another ball (not the ball he just passed to outside players).
1 player inside the box try to tackle.
CONDITIONS:
1. 1v1 inside the box.
2. once defender get the ball and pass it to outside players, change role.
3. 1 min per turn, then switch players inside the box.
DISTRIBUTION:
Balls start from 2 of the outside players.

DESCRIPTION:
3v3 (with direction)
AIMS:
practice the receiving skills and turning skills in game-like training
BEHAVIOURS:
1. GK throw ball to mid-field line
2. attackers receive the ball and play in a 2-1 formation
3. attackers try to finsih the attack with scoring
4. defenders try to re-gain the ball and shoot to the mini-goals
CONDITIONS:
1. 3 mini-goals give pressure on attackers that they must have good possession of ball
2. 3 mini-goals encourage the defenders to re-gain the ball and win the game, it will give good defensive pressure to attackers
3. GK makes the attackers can't just kick the ball towards goal, they must create a real chance by making good decision
DISTRIBUTION:
