Organization: 10x15M. Divide the field in two parts. Each part of the field has 4 gates and 5 players.
Instructions: Players will have to dribble through gates. There are four gates on each part of the field. Players will get points after dribbling into the four gates and finishing with a shot.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Awareness
- Keeping the head up to scan the field.
- Change of speed.
- Dribble in tight space.
Regressions/Progressions:
- In the first 5 minutes players will need to go through only two gates to get a point.
- After 5 minutes players need to dribble between all four gates in order to receive 2 points.

Organization: 20X15M, 12 players, 8 cones.
Instructions: Players will be divided in two groups. Since there are twelve players they would be divided in two groups of six.They will be given a number. The coach will call a number and two of the players each side will run towards the ball and play 1v1.

- Beat the defender with change of speed and dribbling

Warm Up
Organization: 15X15M, 12 players, 6 gates
Instructions: Each player has it's own ball, and will dribble through gates, inside the perimeter.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Awareness
- Keeping the head up
- Using both feet
- Ability to dribble in the tight space
Regressions/Progressions:
- In the first 5 minutes players will dribble by their own, just a simple warm up.
- in the next 5 minutes, players will try to hit coach, he will be staying in the middle.
- in the last 5 minutes, players need to dribble two gates and after hit another players ball.
