Match warm-up without ball

Minimum 4 players, any more than 8, split into 2 groups.
At least 2 players at station A
Player at staion A passes to player B then follows their pass, player B controls the ball, turns and passes to player C. Player B follows pass and joins the end of the line
Player C then passes to the player B, who turns and passes to player A

Progressions
put a 1-2 into the final pass before passing back to centre player.
Player at B to be offset from line of pass (B)
Add in extra player for 1-2 at (B)

1v1, 2v2, 3v3
2 x sets players - defenders and attackers, 1 x goalkeeper
Both sets players numbered 1-4 (depending on number of players)
On coaches command of a number, or numerous, defender (D) passes ball to attacker (A) creating 1v1, 2v2 etc
Attackers to score into big goal. If defenders win ball, they are to shoot into small goals/gates
CP's - watch for movement off the ball, body shape, dummy runs

4v4+1
2 x teams plus one floating player (if even number omit flaoting player)
Players to pass to their team mates until coach shoats colour of goal. Those two goals will then be in play until someone scores or ball leaves the area
CP's - look for space, body movement. awareness of position and team-mates

12 cones, 2 metres between 1st and 2nd cone, then 1m between the next 9 cones with the last cone being 2m away
1 - lightly jog up the side of the cones, around the top and jog back x2
2 - high knees up the side of the cones, around the top and high knees back x1
3 - heel flicks up the side of the cones, around the top and back x1
4 - in-outs at walking pace x1
5 - out to in at walking pace x1
6 - fast feet through the cones to top, walk back x1
7 - fast feet backwards through the cones to top, walk back x1
8 - bunny hops over cones - x1
9 - karaoke exercise up the side of the cones and back x 2
10 - jogging on the spot before sprinting to top cone on coaches command - try and catch player in from of you
