Organization:
Use same set up as previous activity
Players divided into 3 groups, each group in a channel

• Upon eye-contact, players in line dribble out to the central tall cone,
• When they reach the cone, they are to perfrom the specified move
• After passing the cone they should take ronaldo touches to get back to their line
Coaching Points:
• Unbalance defender with body movement
• Timing of Execution of move based upon space
• Identifying space to penetrate
• Accelerate away if looking to continue to dribble
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Organization:
-15 x 30 yard area (green and red cones -picked up column of green cones on the right of the attacker) with starting gate in tall orange cones.
-5 yard area around, two sides and back of red zone (blue cones)
-Each attacking player now has a ball
Instructions:
• Defenders can only move side to side on their line
• Rules remain the same, defenders are now trying to steal the ball.
• If an attackers ball is stolen they must change positions with the defender. The defender (new attacker) has to complete the circuit by going back to the original line.
• To get back to the starting gate they must take Ronaldo touches.
Coaching Points:
• Unbalance defender with body movement
• Timing of Execution of move based upon space
• Accelerate away if looking to continue to dribble
• Cut across defender, If looking to continue dribbling
Progressions:
Add a big size goal -or two small size holes- as the objective passed the last defender.

Organization:
22x 30 yards. Same space as before -except that channel cones were picked up to give the total width of the blue cones for this exercise.
We play a 5v5+1. In case of having more players, the teams can add one player each. In case of having an odd number of additional players, the 3rd player can become the second neutral.
Instructions:
- Two teams play vs each other. The objective is to penetrate over the opponent's end line. That is the way the goal is scored.

Organization:
-10 x 20 yard area (green cones) with starting gate in tall orange cone
-5 yard area around, two sides and back of red zone (blue cones)
Instructions:
Defenders can only move laterally between their two green cones. They are trying to pull the pinnie from the shorts of the attacker -who is trying to get through the gauntlet, passing the two defenders. The next attacker may enter the gauntlet once the player in front of them clears the first defensive line. If an attacker gets their pinnie pulled out they must pick it up and become the defender -in the same line where he got his bib untucked.
Coaching Points:
1) Finding the open space, identify where the defender is and try to use the open space
2) change pace and direction to fool a defender
3) imprrovise---Can you think of a great way to bet the defender?
4) Drop shoulder and change pace to wrong foot defender.
Progressions:
Start with one defender, and then add the second defender.
