Pattern 1

The ball starts with Player 1. Player 2 moves off to the left of the mannequin and recieves on the back foot. Player 3 then moves away from their mannequin before moving forwards and the ball is passed in front of them. Player 3 then passes to Player 4. All players follow their pass and the practice is repeated on the other side after a minute.

The pattern is the same as the previous one but Player 2 sets back to Player 1 who switches the ball out to Player 3.

The next addition to the pattern is that Player 3 sets the ball back to Player 2 and plays a one-two before the ball returns to Player 4.

Pattern 4

Player 1 passes to Player 2, who has dropped to the safe side of the mannequin. Player 2 then spins round the mannequin and Player 1 plays a through ball.

Player 3 then moves to the safe side of the mannequin and plays a one-two around the mannequin before passing back to Player 4.
