Setup 8 cones (red) with balls on top.
Divide team into 4 equal groups with one ball per group
The object of the drill is to dribble around the red cones following the pattern shown, trying to catch the player ahead. After a complete loop is done, dribbling player passes to a next player in the group.
Once player ahead is caught, the whole group sits out.
If a player knocks a ball off a cone, the group is out.
Play until one group remains.
Switch direction next time around.
