Dynamic Warmup with Ladders:
1. First movements are footwork through the ladders in the pattern shown. Two ladders are utilized and players go around in a rectangle shape. Movement through the ladders includes:
a. Two feet in each- straight
b. Two feet in each sideways (left and then right foot lead)
c.Two feet in each in and out, moving forward.
d. Two in -one out lateral moving forward- (Ickey shuffle)
You can add any movement you want to this. I am keeping it simple to start. Simple movements are just as effective as the complex ones and they are easier to learn.
2. Regular Dynamic Movements
a.Butt Kicks
b.outside taps
c.inside taps
d.karioka
e.open gates
f.step over knee raises
g knee hugs
e.Front Lunge
