Instructions
Start in the standing position
Spread your legs somewhatand bend your knee and hip, so that the top of the glove connects with the ground.
Keep your forearms and little fingers close together
Let the ball roll up in a safe grip between the forearm and the upper body.

Falling Technique: Along the ground
Be in starting position for a shot
Put the foot closest to the ball forward at an angle and take a small step in the direction the foot is facing before you dive.
Land with the body behind the ball
Touch the ground with the outside of the following parts and in order:
Begin this on knees build up to standing
foot, lower leg, thigh, and upper body
Stretch your arms and catch the ball as early as you can, in front of your body at an angle
Have the closest hand behind the ball and the other one on top of it. Together with the ground they should form "three walls"
Create an area to catch the ball which is as big as possible using your fingers, thumbs and palms.

Distribution: Rolling the Ball
Hold the ball with two hands in front of the ball
Take a couple of steps forward
Hold the ball in the palm of your hand and keep it stable against the forearm
Bring the throwing arm back and slightly behind the knees
Bring the throwing arm forward and release the ball as close to the ground as possible
Aim to roll out the ball as smoothly as possible
Avoid bounces

Focus your gaze on the ball
Stand with your feet parallel to each other and at shoulder width
Have your knees slightly bent and bend your upper body slightly forward
Imagine a line between the center of your chest and just in front of your knees.
Feet facing forward
Concentrate your body weight to the front part of your feet
Keep your arms bent and in front of your body
Open your hands towards the field and be ready to catch the ball.
