Organization:
Each player has a ball in the zone. Player will throw ball up in the air and attempt control it with different parts of their body. Laces, Thigh, Chest, Inside foot 1/2 volley, outside foot 1/2 volley. Once they control the ball they will burst with speed with the ball. Repeat.
Alternates:
Use the other foot
Toss the ball higher
Add defensive pressure
