Set up: Use small pitch, at each end 7x7 yrd box or use penalty area. Split balls equally in the 2 areas, roughly 8 balls per team. 2 teams guarding a box each.
Format: On coach go each team attempt to break into opponents box & steal 1 ball per player at a time, team have to decide who will defend the box & who will attack opponents. Defenders of the box have to tag an attacker outside of the box to stop them stealing a ball, attackers have to avoid being tagged & enter the box to steal a ball. Games plays for 2 mins at end count the balls in each box those with the most score a point.
Key points: Movement, body feints, change of direction & speed, identify the space to move into.
