Organization:
1. 40 x 20 yard area.
2. Three zones. (two large zones, one smaller divider zone)
3. Three teams of four. (Black, Red, Yellow)
Instructions:
1. Black must keep possession for as many passes as they like. 1 pass=1 point.
2. If they lose possession, they lose all of their points.
3. If they pass over to the Red team, they keep those points.
4. Rounds will be four minutes. Team with most points wins.
5. If Yellow wins the ball, opposite far team gets the ball played in from coach.
6. Team who loses possession must defend with only 2 of the 4 players.
Coaching Points:
Attacking principles of play:
1. Penetration. (through pass)
2. Support/Depth.
3. Mobility. (movement off the ball)
4. Width.
5. Improvisation/Creativity.
Technical Points from Activity 1
1. Technical Passing. (inside of the foot, outside, curved)
2. Receiving technique. (moving with touch, knowing where to take touch based on pressure)
Progressions:
1. Touch Limit.
2. More defenders can join at a time.

1. Each team keeps their earned points.

Organization:
1. Three zone field.
2. Length: Center Circle to End Line.
3. One ball. (additional on sidelines/behind goal)
4. Four teams of four plus Gk from team that's off. (1. goalkeeper, 1 defneders, 2 midfielders, 1 forward)
5. First goal wins.
Instructions:
1. Ball restarts with goalkeeper.
2. Players must stay in their section(third) unless they play forward into higher grid. They can join to create numbers up situation. Goals can only be scored in an attacking zone (final 3rd).
Coaching Points:
1. Can I play forward?
2. Should I keep it?
3. Can I play at speed?
4. Where should I move?
5. Movement off the ball, additional team players must create space.
6. Speed of play, thought.
7. Finding the gaps and spaces in defending team.
8. Should I play to feet on in space.
Scoring:
Win= 3 points.
Draw= 1 point.
Loss= 0 points.

Organization:
1. 4v4 tournament (1-2-1) plus 2 gk from team off. Winger move up and down.
2. Two goals or 6 minute games.
Coaching Points:
1. As in conditioned game, can I create good angles of support and movement off the ball.
2. Can I anticipate where the ball might go and time my run accordingly.
Progressions:
1. Limit touches if necessary to increase movement off that ball.
Scoring:
Win= 3 points.
Draw= 1 point.
Loss= 0 points.

3v1 Technical Passing Triangle (15 mins)
Organization:
1. 15x15 yard area. (can be adjusted to make it more difficult)
2. 5x5x5 yard triangle in center of grid.
3. Four Players. (3 Attackers, 1 Defender)
4. One ball (additional on the outside)
Instructions:
1. Attackers must keep possession.
2. Attackers score by passing the ball through the central triangle to another attacking player.
3. Defender tries to steal the ball and/or defend the triangle goal area.
4. Defender can run through the triangle but can not stop in the triangle.
5. One minute rounds, Players rotate as defender.
6. Defender with least goals scored wins.
Coaching Points:
1. Technical Passing. (inside of the foot, outside, curved)
2. Receiving technique. (moving with touch, knowing where to take touch based on pressure)
3. Movement off the ball to get in good supporting angles.
4. Tempo and Rhythm of passing to create penetrating pass moments.
5. When to keep it vs When to penetrate and score.
Progressions:
1. Two touch.
2. One touch.
3. 4v2
Scoring:
1. One point everytime an attaker passes through the triangle (below the knee) succesfully.
2. At the end of time all teams keep their points.
