1. 4v2 - 6x1' without transition 

  • ATT : 2 teams stay in possession, score 1 point every time they find a pass between the 2 player defending, or 10 passes
  • DEF : 1 team defending - scores when they stop the ball out of the zone

Rules

1. 4 v 4 + 2 

  • 4v4 in central area + wingers
  • Try to find the wingers in the offensive half of the pitch - they can come in when they get the ball
  • The GK can't find directly the wingers
  • Teams are organized with 1 CB 2 CM 1 CAM + wingers
2. 3v3
  • ATT : 1 team in possession, trying to keep the possession
  • DEF : stay compact to recover the ball - 1 player can go out of the central zone to press
  • TRANSITION : when def get the ball back, they score in the corners by kicking the ball on the dome
