Organization:
-10-12 players
-Area: 5x5 for each player
-10-12 cones, balls
Set-Up:
Players work in pairs with a progression of passing and receiving skills:
-inside of foot passing
-outside of foot passing
-volley back
-control thigh, volley/inside foot back
-control chest, volley/inside foot back
-head back
***finish with some time for keep-ups
Coaching Points:
-Quick movements - on toes
-Control and good touch
-Weight/Accuracy of pass

Organization:
-10-12 players
-Area: around the penalty area
-ball for each supporting player, bib for defender
Set-Up:
Players will play a 1v1 inside the box. Defender is trying to deny any shots/goals. Attacker has the opportunity to try and score with one ball off each supporting player. Half players give ground balls, half give arial balls to receive. The switch roles. Then switch pairs.
Coaching Points:
-Changes of speed and direction to lose defender
-quick/one-touch finishing
-close control with different body parts
-accurate finishing into the biggest space in the goal

Set-Up:
Players work individually to dodge and escape other players, whilst trying o steal their bib ("tail"). If tail is pulled out - sit down, but can still pull tails.
Coaching Points:
-Quick changes of direction - on toes, get low when turning, push off outside foot
-Find open spaces
-Spatial Awareness
