Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): Passing Around Our Partner

Description

-Players work in groups of three,one player “active” at a time.

-Active player must play a 1-2 passwith the passer, quickly make their way around the back of their partner[around the cones], and do the same on the other side.

-In between, the two “non-active”players play a 1-2.

-Active for 1 minute, then rotateroles.

Progression:

-In between 1-2’s with the activeplayer, the passer should instruct the central player to check to any of thethree cones, between making their 1-2 passes.
