Organisation
Pitch set up as shown.
Players 2 and 3 play outside the boxes to create overloads.
When the ball goes into the middle area, 4 can step in.
Blue players are locked into the areas shown.
How to Play
Red/White try to advance the ball into T player through the middle third (no restrictions in the shaded area).
T player support the ball.
Once the ball is with T, coach restarts with a new ball into the back three.
2 and 3 can not play directly to T player
Possible Coaching Points
Recognise & create overloads.
Speed of play.
When to play forward, when to retain/recycle.
Progressions
One Blue player can drop into the middle zone to help defend.
When the ball is passed to 2 or 3, they drive inside and player who passed out goes to the outside.
Team A can play anywhere but must retain numbers in the original areas.

Area is 40x20 with 10x20 end zones.
Teams arranged as shown.
How to Play
The ball starts in the end zone and Team A must make a minimum of 3 passes.
One of the players must then break into the neutral zone, at pace, before passing into their team-mates at the opposite end.
Play continues at that end but the same player cannot make the next run across the neutral zone.
Rotate all players.
Progressions
Play the ball into the middle zone for a 3rd man run.
Allow one of the blue defenders to chase back.
Allow one of the blue defenders from the opposite end to come out and defend.
Possible Coaching Points
Good passing and possession.
Recognise the moment to break out.
Good body position.
Positive first touch.
Runs and passes to break lines.
Create space to receive in the end zones.

Organise a pitch as shown.
Red/White play to the big goal.
How to Play
Coach serves a ball to Team A number 5 or 6.
Play into MF and combine to play in forward players to try to finish the attack.
If Team B regain the ball, try to score in the mini-goals from beyond the line.
