Red team starts with Ball 5 out players and 2 keeps slash centre players
They start to pass ball and then two defenders go in every 20 seconds but only allow four defenders at first.
Team possesion the ball only gets a point if they get the ball from one goalie to the other goalie. If green wins the ball they can go try to score on either net to get a point.If the ball goes out red starts again and all greens must start from sidelines starting with the pass again from red.
After 10 minutes switch roles.
