4 Fitness and Footwork Activities (Starter):
Activity 1 (3 sets of 3 on each foot):
Using a speed ladder the player moves down the ladder by going in and out of the ladder (right to left). When the player reaches the left side a ball will be played to them for them to pass it back first time. (left side = left foot / right side = right foot)
Activity 2 (Passing and Footwork):
Player moves right to left or left to right. When players moves out the ball is played in for a bounce pass. Coach may call left or right and player has to react. If coach calls drop or drop deep player must drop off, recieve the ball and dribble to the other side before playing a pass back.
Activity 3 (3 sets on each movement):
Player does 30 seconds of work on each movement. After 30 seconds the coach with Clap and player must react and sprint to the cone in front - walk back to recover then start again on next movement. Add a ball to progress.
Activity 4 (3 sets of 5) - Passing and Moving:
Player begins by sliding left, when the ball is played in they move left and play with their left foot. After each pass the player continues to slide to the left until reaching the end of the cones. When player reaches the end of the cones they slide right and pass back first time with their right foot until reaching the start point, that is 1 set completed.

Set up as above, use multiple balls from different locations.
1. Player to respond to coaches instruction (S,M,R,P) receive the ball using appropriate technique and pass into goal dictated by coach.
Mannequins in place so player return to start position and make an appropriate move to enable a correct pass.
For example, coach ask the player to SCAN, before MOVE, to RECEIVE using the correct technique (back foot, front foot etc) and to PLAY, finish with power and accuracy.
2. Player to make appropriate movement to allow a finish into the goal of their choosing. Coach should play the pass they see from the movement of the player.
Check understanding with feedback from the player.
Coach should request the player use a variety of surfaces and movements during the practice, including working off the back foot.

Player to move between mannequins, coach use a variety of delivery techniques, to feet, chest, thigh, space etc. Player use a positive first touch to take the ball across the mannequins and outside the poles, then finish into one of the goals. Points awarded for corresponding goal.

Warm up (10 mins)
1. Players to go through 5 minute warm up - comprising of 30 seconds ball mastery followed by 30 seconds of body-weight exercise, followed by a dribble around the pole.. One exercise should flow into the next without breaks i.e
