As shown - team of four - each team with one server, rotate server each game
4 rounds x 4 mins each 1 min rest
Instructions:
Ball will alwyas start from server if it goes out of play
Once ball is in play 3v3 to goals
Team who scores get the ball back from their server
Coaching Points:
Speed of reaction of defender
Get touch tight
Option 1 - Intercept pass and go to goal (forechecking)
Option 2 - Spoil the pas (poke ball away)
Option 3 - Prevent the turn and be patient
Body position and physicality
Eyes on the ball
Mentality to win the ball
On the ball:
Movement to get away from pressure (fake)
1st touch to turn if possible/ protect the ball/physicality
