2 v 2 in the middle plus wide options for attacking team. 4 v 2 in total. Play offense then defense, then switch.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Get the ball wide and get runs into the box. Lose your marker. Quality ofthe cross and timing. If cross is not on can offensive player drop off and retrieve ball and maybe find other side.
Regressions/Progressions:
Add 3 v 2 in the middle if not enough success.
Add certain amount of passes before they can score. Add that they have tp find both wingers before they can score.
