Attacking Transition - Secure first pass

 Defensive Transition - React quickly

Organisation- 17 players- Attacking team set up in an adaption of 4231 position - 422.- The two forward players act as LWF/CF or RWF/CF - depending onwhat side the ball is on. If the ball is on the right hand side, nearestforward pulls into channel to take up RWF position and oppositestriker becomes CF. Same roles are taken up should the ball go downthe left hand side of the pitch.
